*One and two day charters are Captained only and will only be booked within 5 days of the charter date.

Add 6% Florida Sales Tax. • Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation. Rate sheet #60. Rates effective 11/1/07.

RATE SEASONS: WINTER SEASON - December 15-April 30
SUMMER SEASON - May 1-December 14
(Charter must begin after April 30 and end prior to December 15)
CAPT./INSTRUCTOR RATES: $200 per day plus expenses (i.e.: food, travel, etc.)
INSURANCE: **Security Deposit indicated covers the Insurance Deductible on the vessel. Charterer's liability insurance in the amount of $300,000 is available at an additional charge of $15 per day (or any part thereof), to provide Charterer with their own Protection and Indemnity (watercraft liability) coverage. Please call us for details.
CHARTER FEES: All Charter Fees must be paid in certified U.S. funds (ie.: cash, certified check, money order). No business or personal checks accepted within 30 days of charter start date. (VISA/MC also accepted)
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of Charter Fee
BALANCE OF CHARTER FEES: Due 30 days prior to charter (certified funds, VISA or MC).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Refundable within 30 days of last day of charter if no charges are incurred.
NOTE: Bareboat charter minimum 3 days. 5 day minimum on charters during the Christmas/New Years holidays.  5-day minimum during Easter Week. 3-day minimum for Thanksgiving.
NAVIGATION LIMITS: From Cape Romano to the South (Marco Island) to Venice Inlet to the North, and
Lake Okeechobee to the East.
